Our Journey
Let us introduce ourselves. I'm David, an avid sportsman who has dabbled in various sports, including squash, tennis, and indoor soccer. However, my true passion lies in cricket. As I've gotten older, I've experienced aches, pains, and niggles all over my body. That's when I stumbled upon cold exposure therapy. It not only reduced the inflammation in my muscles and joints but also improved my mood, immunity, and energy levels. Witnessing these transformative benefits, my wife Gamze and I felt compelled to spread the word about the incredible power of cold exposure therapy.
Gamze, a stay-at-home mother, brings a wealth of experience from industries such as hospitality and consulting. While she may not be an active sportswoman, she has battled chronic back pain for most of her adult life. Cold exposure therapy has been a game-changer for her, reducing painful inflammation and providing numerous other benefits. Inspired by this positive change, we embarked on the journey to create Revive and Recover, a platform to share our passion for cold exposure therapy with fellow Australians.
