Returns and Refund Policy

At Revive and Recover, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ice bath purchase. If for any reason you change your mind, we offer a 30-day return policy.

 Returning an Item:

  1. To initiate a return, please email us at support@reviveandrecover.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for the return.
  1. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs for the items in your order.
  1. Once we receive and inspect the returned items at our distribution center, we will process your return payment. Please note that items must arrive back in "like new" condition. This means that there should be no visual signs of use, and the items should be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
  1. If the items are returned with signs of wear and tear or have any issues due to use, the return may not be accepted, and no refund will be given.

 

Please Note: To be eligible for a full refund, the returned product must be in "like new" condition, showing no visual signs of use, and include all original packaging and accessories.

 

Manufacturer's Warranty:

We stand behind the quality of our ice baths. All ice baths supplied by Revive and Recover come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty. Please see specific product pages for details. If the product is defective or not performing to the expected quality during the warranty period, you can make a claim against this warranty.

The manufacturer's warranty may include the following services:

  • Repair of defective product
  • Replacement parts for the defective product
  • If the item cannot be repaired, a replacement product will be sent

Please note that any shipping costs incurred for genuine warranty claims will be covered by Revive and Recover.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at support@reviveandrecover.com.au prior to sending the item and provide a summary of the fault along with any supporting evidence, such as photos or videos. We will respond to your claim within 3-4 business days.

 

Damages:

If your ice bath arrives damaged, please make a note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos of the damage to support@reviveandrecover.com.au on the day of delivery. We will cover the shipping costs for returning defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise.

Please keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. All returns must be authorized by our customer service department before being processed. We will ensure that you receive the undamaged product you ordered as soon as possible. Please note that items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless covered under warranty.

 

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees. Cancellations received before shipment will receive a full refund. Orders cancelled after items have shipped will be subject to our 30-day return policy and return shipping costs.

 

Other Return Policy Notes:

Please note that if a certain vendor or product does not support the return policy stated above, it will be clearly noted in the product descriptions or product-specific return information. Additionally, certified pre-owned or used ice baths are not eligible for return. If a product is certified pre-owned, it will be clearly marked on the product page.
